Failure to read disclosures or comply with house rules does not qualify for a refund. \- If you choose to cancel, our standard cancellation policy will apply. \- The primary guest listed on the reservation must provide a photo of their government-issued ID via messenger once the booking is confirmed. \- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be one of the guests staying at the property. \- If the person who booked the reservation is under the age of 21, a $100 security deposit is required and will be returned after 14 days if no damages are found. There are no exceptions to this rule. \- No third-party bookings allowed unless agreed upon in writing. \- Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight, unless approved in writing. \- We can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. With prior approval, up to 2 additional guests are allowed at $15/night per guest. This helps ensure your comfort and supports our cleaning team. 📄 Refunds and Deposits Any refund approved or agreed upon in writing on our end will be processed within 14 days after checkout. To help us prepare the space for your furry friend, please make sure to: \- Mention all pets during the booking process so we can confirm suitability. \- The pet fee is $30/night per pet, required before check-in and sent through the Resolution Center. \- A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. For stays longer than 8 days, a flat rate will be provided—please message us for details. \- The pet fee applies to the entire duration of the stay and is non-refundable. \- Only dogs are allowed—no cats permitted. \- Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fee. ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out \- Early check-in is available upon request for $30 (subject to availability, not guaranteed). \- Late check-out is available for $50 and extends your stay until 12 PM. Please request it at least 24 hours before check-out, as approval is subject to availability. Same-day or last-minute requests are less likely to be approved since we must coordinate with our cleaners. \- Standard check-out is by 10 AM. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100 fee. It’s possible I missed the instructions, but we didn’t really know how to control the thermostat. Also a toilet paper roll holder in the shared bathroom was loosely attached I wasn’t really using that bathroom, but My Family claims they didn’t cause further damage. I hope that’s true.If I have any suggestions for improvement, they would be: 1\. Leave a broom to sweep up and rags for cleaning dirty spills. 2\. Leave space in the trash and recycling receptacles for guest refuse.3\. Spray vinegar on the walls, carpet and furnishings to remove the saturated smell of cigarette smoke.4\. Clear the dead leaves out of the sliding glass doorways5\. Include a colander for straining pasta in the kitchen supplies.6\. Blackout curtains in the master bedroom would be awesome! A lot of light comes in from the surrounding apartment complex.Otherwise, everything was just perfect. You really thought of everything and we felt so comfortable.
