Chambre agréable, bonne literie mais manquait des linges dans la chambre. Grande piscine très bien mais comme nous sommes arrivés le soir il n'y avait plus de linge, on en a réclamés mais ils ne sont jamais arrivés.

Décevant ! La terrasse de la chambre n'était pas nettoyée, la déco de la chambre serait à rafraichir, la piscine était sans surveillance (les enfants restaient 2 secondes dans le jacuzzi ....qui servait de pipiroom) et les serviettes trempées éparpillées un peu partout. Clientèle très bruyante. Mon séjour en mars 2016 m'avait laissé un bon souvenir. Cétait en basse saison. A éviter en Juillet/Août...et peut-être définitivement...

Great place to stay and super friendly staff. The grounds are under renovations at the moment but the rooms are all updated and extremely nice.

The staff was great. Very helpful when need their help. They gifted the kids with toys to utilize for the pool which the kids really enjoyed. Great customer service. The downside is the hotel is not the most clean facility. The beds and room was clean for the most part but there are many areas through the hotel that have been neglected.

Ran out of conditioner mid shower, so needed to run down stairs to get more. The person at the front desk was nice and provided more conditioner. Would have love softer beds.

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows flat. The security door that looks like you have to use a key for, didn’t lock. Didn’t give me a safe feel.

I really loved the room itself. It was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, which made a big difference during our stay. The cleanliness definitely stood out in a good way. However, a few things made the experience less enjoyable. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, which was frustrating, especially with luggage. What made it worse was that the front desk staff wasn’t friendly or welcoming. We weren’t even told where our room was located, so we ended up wandering around trying to find it ourselves. If the customer service matched the quality of the room, this would’ve been a much better stay.

The first night and room I went to the room to sleeep and woke up and noticed dried blood on the foot side of the bed I immediately got a new room and a thirty dollar voucher for the property I went to order a hamburger with the voucher and there was no cook maintenance man took pictures of the sheets,the next morning woke up to cockroaches climbing on the curtains. This place needs a management change to oversee there operation
