The space

The upstairs is newly refreshed with big windows, comfortable living room, and a fully-stocked kitchen connected to the dining room/sitting area, making entertaining easy and enjoyable. The living room opens to a back deck with a grill and table, and stairs descend into the 1 acre yard for the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living. Three bedrooms and the bathroom complete the upstairs space.

The semi-finished downstairs is a kids dream with a full rec room featuring a foosball table for endless fun, cozy couches and a 55" smart TV. The fourth bedroom, second bath, and a full size washer/dryer complete the downstairs.
