### Breathtaking View: Relaxing Rocky Mountain Getaway

Enjoy mountain views and crisp, fresh air while relaxing in this beautifully styled home. This 2 bedroom home sleeps 4 guests with one king-sized bed and a queen bed. There is a full kitchen and two full bathrooms with a washer and dryer. This home is close to many ski resorts for fun in the winter and is surrounded by many hiking trails and fishing spots for the spring and summer days. There are mountain and forest views to enjoy out of every window and comfortable seating on the balcony.  
  
This home opens up to hallway with the main restroom and laundry room. You then walk to the kitchen, the main bedroom with its own full restroom is to your left. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher, as well as many other amenities. Connected to the kitchen is a dining area and the living area. The living area has a couch bed, a recliner, a tv, and a fireplace. The door to the balcony is attached to the living area. There is a bedroom off of the living area that has a queen bed. Turning left, once you enter the home, there are stairs down to the garage. The main bedroom and the living room have a TV and DVD players with DVDs.  
  
Guests will have a private entrance to this home and would be able to access the full home and garage.  
  
This home is located in beautiful Bailey, Colorado. This small town has all that you need for a relaxing getaway. There are restaurants, hiking trails, and mountain views in every direction. There is wildlife big and small all around and depending on the season you may see bugs, deer, bear etc. You will experience all kinds of weather, occasionally to the extreme. Our place is the ideal spot to unwind and many guests choose to “unplug” as well. If you are looking for all of the adventure of the Colorado outdoors with the amenities and comfort of a modern home, this will be perfect for you!  
  
A welcome binder will provide you with lists of restaurants, things to do in the area, and nearby hiking trails. Bailey, CO is within 1 -2 hours of many popular ski areas: Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain to name a few. You can enjoy a breathtaking drive through old mining towns of Colorado on your way to these ski resorts.  
  
The closest large grocery store is the Safeway or King Soopers in Conifer, 14.7 miles away but there are some smaller stores and a large Dollar General, gas stations, hardware stores, restaurants, breweries, and a post office in the town for more immediate needs.  
  
The home has central heating for the winter months and feel free to open windows and the balcony screen door in the summer months for a nice, mountain breeze. There is also a gas fireplace in the living area.  
  
While we love animals, pets are strictly prohibited for a variety of reasons some of them being allergens left behind in the house. Because you are in a mountain town, please remember that wildlife will be present. Any trash left outside is at risk of being spread by animals. Please properly place all trash in the locking, bear-proof trash can in the garage.  
  
For safety reasons, there is a security camera above the front door.

This place was amazing and so perfect for our visit to Colorado for a friend's wedding in Pine. The condo was centrally located in the adorable town of Bailey and it had the most incredible view! Any chance we could, we sat outside on the patio with a mug of coffee or glass of wine and a good book. The place was SO clean, we loved the layout, and the bed was actually super comfy. But that view just stole the show! Great communication with the property manager and owners, and incredibly easy check in and check out process. Would absolutely stay here again!

Had an awesome time the place was perfect and proximity to food was excellent. The views from the porch were spectacular. Host made whole process start to finish simple and easy. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice getaway in the middle of beautiful country.

The condo in Bailey truly lives up to its name “relaxing views”. Sitting outside on the deck in the mornings and the evenings was truly spectacular. I watched species of birds I had never seen before and wild deer meandering right below the deck. The cleanliness of the place was five star and the host was available and responded quickly whenever we reached out. Lastly, location! There is so much to do right out of the front door. We even took a day to take-in the Garden of the Gods and drove back along county highway 77… the views and vistas were beautiful. I highly recommend this affordable gem.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Bailey, Colorado! The property was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and absolutely stunning. Stephen The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The condo was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of amenities, adding to our convenience and comfort. It felt like a home away from home! The views from the porch were amazing. It felt like we were up in the trees. There is no AC so it did get a little warm, but there were plenty of fans provided. There was plenty of room for everyone inside and for parking outside. The property was close to walking trails, and very close to many restaurants and cute shops.

#### Bailey Vacation Wedding Getaway

First of all, this is a wonderful place to stay. There are many great features including a wonderful kitchen, family room area, and great Master's BR. The second BR is very comfortable and love that it has a washer/dryer 9(in second bathroom).In addition, the balcony has a nice view and great comfortable furniture. I would highly recommend this place and if we were to travel to the area, Communication through VRBO was good; I would not hesitate to stay. I would have appreciated a cell phone contact number but again I did not have any issues for my stay; most VRBO places provide a cell contact number in my stays around the world provide one; I would have liked to have received one just in case. Maybe I needed to request one. Again the amenities were great; a suggestion- maybe a lamp for lighting near the table for four people where one has their meals as when sun goes down, lighting could be better. Challenges; fortunately we arrived in the daylight as the place is up a hill on a dirt road among other buildings and would have been very difficult to locate at night. Nearby there are a few stores, but really not a great selection for foods for an extended stay so plan accordingly. Conifer, a nearby town 30 minutes away has a nice food market. Overall, it was a great place to relax, was a prefect distance from our wedding event at Mountain View Ranch and close to Staunton State Park which is an outstanding place for hiking and enjoying nature. Highly recommend.
