It was very private and we could enjoy the hot tub without neighbors. The wildlife was so fun to watch, even while we were in the hot tub they were 10 ft away just chilling. One of our daughters moved to Denver as a recent college grad. We wanted to come her way and celebrate together. The cabin is VERY cozy and spacious with all the amenities. We were able to feel at home even for being so far away from home. Rich is extremely responsive. The kitchen is well stocked and big so we could cook together with plenty of room. The master bedroom is spacious with a vaulted ceiling and beautiful furniture and a king bed. The whole place is stocked with whatever you could possibly need. And the views of the mountains is breathtaking. There are other properties nearby but it’s still extremely private. I would 10000% recommend staying here. WHAT A GREAT SPOT! Faced the opposite way then usual we were blessed with great views from this cabin. The roof line goes to the top of the trees and then when you get up on the top of the Crow's Nest porch you get a full 360 degree look at the valley and mountains. Great place to relax and have a cocktail after a long drive. The owner told us everything we needed and the place was just so. Everything that we needed and more! Great place for jumping off to Red Rocks, Maroon Bells and the Georgetown Train tour that we had planned. Not Aspen or Vail nor Breckenridge but far more peaceful and out of the way! I have long preferered the Bailey area and it's people. I will gladly book my next trip in Colorado here! By the way somebody in the household is a foodie. It was the kids favorite spot on our whole trip to Colorado. We loved being near the forest, enjoyed the view, and loved not being able to hear the highway. It was perfect for us!
