Le clair-obscur , a bright penthouse with cathedral ceiling located on the 4th floor, has three (3) closed bedrooms, as well as a sofa bed on the mezzanine. Bathe in an environment where black imposes itself with elegance. In addition to the usual high-end inclusions, the unit includes two smart TV, crib and parking charge station.

· A friendly open area with abundant windows and a cathedral ceiling.  
· Two spacious bathrooms including towels, hairdryer and cosmetic products (soaps, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner);

· Three bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a King bed, one with a large bed (Queen) and one with a single bed and a double bed. A large bed on the mezzanine will complete for a total of 9 occupants.
