When I first saw this hotel, I was a little skeptical because there were barely any reviews. However, it was such an incredible deal for a beautiful looking hotel, so I took a chance and booked it. I'm so glad I did! It was a brand new hotel that had just opened up 2 weeks ago. When we arrived, the staff was so kind and welcoming. The restaurant offered us coffee and a cocktail while we waited. It was the perfect welcoming to a country known for its coffee. When it was time for check in, the staff walked us to the room to show us around and we were immediately impressed. It was SO beautiful and VERY spacious. Despite its prime location, the sound did not travel inside the room unless we opened the windows. Even then, it wasn't a distraction at all. The beds were also VERY comfortable. I have back issues and I woke up each night feeling better. This is a great hotel for anyone wanting more space, but still within walking distance to popular sites in Provenza.

The apartment was perfect for the price. There is only one AC unit in the apartment but does have fans in the bedrooms. Staff was nice and attentive. Location is great and easy to get to Provenza, close to multiple Pharmacy's.

Great new hotel in the perfect area!! Everything is legit at walking distance! Only thing i do recommend is probably a more bigger option when it comes to the breakfast! They have a little of everything but realistically it’s just recalentado, soup and eggs and a small plate of bacon, but they have the basics also they need more options in the pool, they should have music, a bar and a better seating area, it’s like just so boring tbh
