The Neighborhood – Uvita, Costa Rica Villas Isabella are tucked inside a quiet, enclosed tropical complex in the heart of Uvita, one of Costa Rica’s most beloved coastal towns. The area is peaceful and friendly, filled with the sounds of birds, scarlet macaws and howler monkeys— yet only minutes from shops, restaurants, and beaches. You can walk to the beach, grocery store, or bank in about 30 minutes, or take a quick 5-minute drive to reach them easily. Nearby attractions include the Uvita Waterfall, local farmer’s markets, cozy cafés, and yoga studios. Uvita’s main attractions are surfing and whale watching. The famous Whale’s Tail Beach in Marino Ballena National Park is one of Costa Rica’s most iconic natural wonders — a sandbar shaped like a whale’s tail that appears at low tide.
