The location, despite along a major traffic way, was ideal. Uvita is an amazling little oasis with fantastic restaurants, groceries, banks and quaint shops within distance. The property is well maintained and very clean, Osa Property management was superb in helping us find the property and gaining entrance. Nick was super pleasant. There were some minor hickups, like setting the timer for jets in the pool, hot water not working due to trip on the fuse board. But every time we reached out to the property manager, they would respond in minutes and send out a technician quickly to address them. The location is fantastic, with drives to the beaches, restaurants and groceries within minutes. There are ACs in every room, including the living room, which was a blessing during hot afternoons. The pool is awesome, especially for kids. The property was maintained very clean and security is top notch with access control for both the property as well as the main door. ##### Ram S.
