I was offered 1 of two options too
Wise, one was smelly and the other one was in the the second floor.
I requested a higher floor for the view, and I was almost ignored.
No one tried to give me an update even after they promised to check the availability and let me know.
I had to ask every morning and I was told no.

"The apartment is nicely furnished, stunning sea views; This was my second time staying in this apartment. The owner gave discount, which was much appreciated. The location is near grocery stores, restaurants, & the beach is directly across the street. I will definitely rent this apartment again.And ..."
