### Garaouet Holiday Home with Mountain View, Garden, and Parking

Located in Bagert, this 100 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen with a coffee machine. Step-free access and interior make it easy for guests with reduced mobility. Amenities include Wi-Fi (free on request), a private TV, and a washing machine. For families, a baby cot and high chair are provided.  
  
Relax in the garden, take in the mountain views, or unwind on the balcony. A plancha is available for outdoor meals, and you can use the shared ping-pong table for fun.  
  
Two shared parking spaces are at your disposal. One pet is allowed. Please note that parties are not permitted.  
  
During your stay, you can enjoy seasonal fruit straight from the tree. There is an on-site grocery shop offering local and seasonal products. Additional services are available on request.  
  
Please leave the house clean upon departure. Bed linen is included; towels are not, but are available for an extra fee.
