"From the moment we checked in, Giacinta was a gem to talk to, even with her broken English :). The apartment was very clean and the A/C worked great, specially after a busy day outside. Just a short drive to the historic district and also to some wineries and vineyards. Overall I will rate this place a 10 and recommend to anyone visiting Arezzo in the Tuscany region of Italy."

"The apartment was clean and cozy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is located on Corso Giacomo Matteotti and directly across from the main town square. "Clean always my priority. The attached restaurant is good and a reasonable price. Also the cold breakfast buffet at $5 is definitely worth it. I think the building is older as the room was small and the bathroom is tiny but it is functional and again clean. The lady that checked me in was nice and had info for me. Check out was efficient. Free onsite parking which can be a challenge at some locations so that was good. Overall a good value "

"The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I also requested an iron but was informed that one was not available and that I would need to pay €5 for a shirt to be ironed instead. On a positive note, the breakfast was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. However, I would choose to stay at a different hotel on my next visit."
