What I didn't like about my stay is when they gave my room that I reserved for a reason to someone else all because they didn't want to sleep in the same bed! I reserved 2 queen beds for a reason! I had 3 people in my group and there so called upgrade for me was a bed and a couch and said they would bring us some wine for staying in that upgraded room but never brought it! "The Cowboys Hideout is clean and well equipped. Communication with the owners was smooth and efficient. Entrance to Sequoia National Park is only a few miles away. It worked out great as a base camp for me and my son."

"This place is back in a quiet neighborhood off the main road. It is far enough away that you dont have lots of traffic, but you can sit out on the private deck area and hear the river. We loved the great kitchen for cooking. They didn’t skimp on the cheapest appliances like some places do. We loved our stay and would greatly recommend this place to anyone looking."

"We were there for 11 days in early May, the weather was about 10 degrees cooler than Fresno for our entire stay (about an hour away). It's close (1-2 hours if you take the north vs south route) to the Sequoia parks/forest, and there's a big cat sanctuary a few miles up the road. "We stayed for 2 nights at the Ash Mountain Suite. It is right off the main road that goes into Sequoia National Park from Three Rivers. Very clean and nicely kept. Host was very easy to reach for questions. The view from the room was gorgeous! There were birds at the bird feeders! Awesome place to relax after a long day of hiking in the park."

"Cabin was in a very good location. Close to everything, more than big enough for a family of 4. Before booking saw reviews about place not being clear and spider web's. Not the case cabin was clean and yes you saw web's around the outside, you are in the woods. Will definitely try to go back this spring. My family and I felt at home."

We enjoyed moving between sitting in the shaded spots of the backyard to watch and listen to the river and also spending time relaxing in the game room with the French doors open so we could hear the river while playing family games together.
