The standalone mobile home is functionally furnished. The property is located on a campsite. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.  
  
**Holiday resort**  
Local category 3 stars, reception, 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, supermarket, and laundromat. The Camping Village Baia Paradiso offers two outdoor pools, ideal for the whole family. Surrounded by fresh green grass, the pools are equipped with sun loungers (subject to availability) and provide an oasis of relaxation to enjoy the sun or take a refreshing dip. The campsite is equipped with all necessary services for a comfortable holiday. You will find a mini-market for your daily needs, a coin-operated laundry, and a barbecue area. For those who wish to explore the surroundings, there is a bicycle rental service.

Badesi. The mobilehome is located on a campsite, on a garden plot with meadow and trees. Nestled in a 9-hectare forest of junipers and maritime pines, Camping Village Baia Paradiso is the ideal destination for those looking for a holiday full of relaxation, nature and discovery of the Sardinian region. In a privileged position, between Gallura and the Costa Smeralda to the east and the Asinara Natural Park to the west, overlooking the beautiful beach of Li Junchi, the campsite will enchant you with the intense colours and typical scents of its landscape. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. Children's pool. The Camping Village Baia Paradiso offers two outdoor pools that are ideal for the whole family. Surrounded by a fresh green lawn, the pools are equipped with sun loungers (subject to availability) and provide an oasis of relaxation to enjoy the sun or take a refreshing dip in the water.

In the complex: table tennis and bike rental. Animation for children. In the high season, the campsite offers a rich daytime and evening programme of entertainment for young and old. The miniclub offers fun activities for children, while teenagers and adults have access to a multi-purpose sports field, a football pitch and table tennis tables. A games room is also available.

Badesi: doctor 2.4 km, pharmacy 2.5 km, bank 2.6 km and nightclub 4.2 km. Thermal bath in Santa Maria Coghinas 13 km. Train station in Sassari 49 km. Santa Teresa di Gallura 50 km, Porto Torres 41 km and Palau 50 km. **In summer:** Mar Esperico 500 m in Badesi (beach 500 m in Badesi with sand). Castelsardo: tennis 22.1 km, diving 22.5 km and mini-golf 24.5 km. Water sports available in Valledoria 8.8 km. A 400 m long pebble path, partly flat, partly ascending and descending, leads to the magnificent Li Junchi beach in Badesi, an 8 km long white sandy beach. Perfect for those who love direct contact with nature, the beach is unspoiled and nestled in a picturesque dune landscape. About 3 km away, there are equipped beaches for more comfort. Additionally, 6 km from the campsite, in the municipality of Badesi, there are two beaches specifically designed for dogs.

The entrance to your mobile home leads directly into the living & bedroom. **Living room** with 1 additional bed on sleeping accommodation, dining area (6 seats), access to the terrace (garden furniture, 2 sunbeds) and additional sleeping space in the living room, represented by the seat with cushions around the dining table. **Bedroom** with 2 single beds. **Bedroom** with 1 double bed. **Kitchenette** **in the living & bedroom** with gas stove and fridge. **Bathroom** with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
