This means that you do not have any disturbing neighbors in your holiday accommodation, either side by side. High-quality and rustic yet modern, the Upper Bavarian style will make you feel right at home from the beginning. Here old materials meet new technology. Fittings and fixtures were made with great love for the detail largely from old wood, the floors are laid out with country houses. A small library is located in the dining room, in the living room there is a pull-out corner couch with sleeping function (eg for separately sleeping couples). There is also a small bar with bar stools to round off the day after your activities. The fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired. Nespresso as well as normal coffee machine, water cooker and toaster are just as obvious as enough dishes and cutlery. The bathroom is equipped with a wash-basin with additional cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, WC, underfloor heating and oversized bath with whirlpool and shower head, as well as the possibility to wash your clothes in the washing machine and then dry them in the dryer. On the roofed and rain-protected balcony are modern wicker furniture. However, you can also relax on the Liegewiese behind the house with a good book. Deckchairs, garden furniture and an outside grill are at your free disposal. Fresh bed linen, fluffy bathrobes and towels and final cleaning are included, as well as the Tegernsee Card for each guest. Die Wanne war mein Highlight, auch wenn ich die Balneo-Funktion nicht genutzt habe. Ruhig und man ist trotzdem innerhalb von wenigen Minuten am See. Auch sämtliche Geschäfte erreicht man schnell. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt, war selten so entspannt und wäre am liebsten hier geblieben. Für mich persönlich gab es nur ein kleines Manko, dass man das Schlafzimmerfenster nicht komplett verdunkeln kann, dass keine Helligkeit reinkommt. Aber das ist eine persöliche Befindlichkeit. In der Ferienwohnung "Magdalena" von Familie Steinbeisser haben wir uns sehr wohl gefüllt. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Man kann den Urlaub vom ersten Tag genießen. Der Tegernsee ist in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbaren Nähe. Sogar tolle Bademäntel, Sagrotan-Seifenspender und Tabs für die Spülmaschine sind vorhanden, das hatten wir bis jetzt noch in keiner Ferienwohnung. Es gibt viele Einbauten aus altem Holz, dadurch hat die Wohnung einen gewissen Alm-Charakter. Einfach schön und gemütlich, man fühlt sich sofort wohl ! Alles ist neu und hochwertig. Oct 22, 2016 #### Hervorragende Ferienwohnung Die sehr wohnliche, neue und sehr gute Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und haben nichts vermisst. Die modern ausgestattete Küche mit vielen Extras und die Einrichtung der gesamten Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail und hohem Standard haben uns sehr überzeugt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr unterstützend bei Wünschen und Anliegen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und ist ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und sonstige Unternehmungen zu Fuß oder mit dem Schiff zu den anderen Orten am See. Läden und Gastronomie sind fußläufig erreichtbar, ebenso der wunderschöne Tegernsee mit seinen ruhigen und beschaulichen Plätzen. Sep 19, 2016 #### Nette neue Ferienwohnung in alpenländischem Design Wir haben 1 Woche Rad-Urlaub am Tegernsee verbracht. Mit der angemieteten Ferienwohnung waren wir sehr zufrieden. Alles neuwertig, funktionell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der nach Osten gerichtete Balkon lud jeden Morgen zum Frühstück im Freien ein. Leider war von dort die Bundesstraße zu hören. Zur Wohnung gehört ein abteilter Gartenanteil mit Sitzgelegenheit und Liegestühlen. Leider gab es dort aufgrund der Jahreszeit erst gegen Nachmittag 2 Stunden Sonne. Wir haben deshalb mehrfach das nahegelegene Schwimmbad am See genutzt (kostenpflichtig: 3 €/Person). Die Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Haus und standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Aufgrund des guten Wetters konnten wir noch im Tegern- und Schlierssee schwimmen gehen.
