The apartment is located in a traffic-calmed area on the outskirts of the village. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with a shower) and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, as well as a TV with a DVD player. A washing machine and dryer are available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden. There are numerous hiking trails and tours in the area, a bus stop is right in front of the house, and the train station is 5 mins away by car. 2 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. With our guest card, you can use the entire public transport network in Baden-Württemberg free of charge. Pick-up from the train station (Teinach or Calw station) is possible for a fee. An electric vehicle charging station is available, and the electricity on this property is generated by solar power.
