The bathroom is accessed from the kitchen-cum-living room via the bedroom (see floor plan). FURNISHING Kitchen: fridge-freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The basic equipment includes a laundry package (1x bed linen per person & 1x shower and hand towel, bath mat, tea towel). Furthermore, all articles for daily needs: soap, hair dryer, sink, tabs, rags, baking paper, salt, etc.) All apartments are equipped with valuable untreated natural table salt from our salt shop. THE PECULIARITY That certain something extra about our SALZ ›T‹ RÄUME AM SEE holiday accommodation is the interior design with the new trend material Himalayan salt in the three apartments ›Butterfly‹, ›Squirrel‹ and ›Fox‹. The primordial salt creates air containing minerals in the rooms, similar to that found in the sea or in salt mines. The orange-red Himalayan salt not only gives the room a special atmosphere - natural salt is also known for its health-promoting effects. Because we all know the revitalizing effect of the salty marine climate. TERRACE, GARDEN & RENTAL Our guests have a spacious lawn and a terrace with two seating groups (one of them under a pavilion). Furthermore, 1 grill, 5 bicycles & 2 rubber boats are available for free rental. PARKING A total of 4 free parking spaces are available in front of the house for all 3 residential units. There is also a free public car park around 200 m away. LOCATION The spa town of Bad Saarow captivates with its breathtaking nature and its proximity to the metropolis of Berlin. Our 3 apartments are literally between the forest and the lake - the forest hiking trail begins practically behind the garden fence and the swimming area is just 250m away. A sandy beach can be reached on foot along the lake in about 7 minutes. Bad Saarow is easily accessible from Berlin with the regional train (approx. 1 hour drive) and via the motorway (approx. 45 minutes drive). There is a bus stop near the property. It is approached by a bus line from the train station in Bad Saarow. Our accommodation is easily reachable on foot in about 20 minutes via Seestraße along the Scharmützelsee. There are various shops, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants right at the train station. The SaarowTherme thermal baths can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. One time service fee: from 30 € \[depending on the number of people\] children 0–4 years: free of charge High season \* (June 1st - August 31st): surcharge of € 5 per night Winter season \* (December 24th – January 3rd): surcharge of € 15 per night \* The minimum stay during these periods is 4 nights. TAX A tourist tax is payable in the spa town of Bad Saarow, which must be paid in cash on arrival and is paid to the municipality of Bad Saarow. With the issued health card Bad Saarow visitors receive discounts u. a. in the SaarowTherme and free bus transfer in the Oder-Spree district. Bad und Küche sind top, alles da was man braucht, vom Fön (endlich mal ein richtiger mit Power, nicht so ein kleiner Reisefön 👍🏻), über Spüli und Kaffee, auch Spiele für Kinder, ein Hochstuhl und ein Reisebett standen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe klappte reibungslos. Zwei negative Punkte haben wir dennoch.. - das Bett knarrte unerträglich, mit Kleinkind neben einem echt schwierig, sodass man die Nacht quasi in einer Position verharrte, um unsere Tochter nicht zu wecken. Hier könnte mal ein neues Bett her 😉 - außerdem sollten die Kopfkissen mal in die Reinigung gehen, denn es roch selbst durch den frischen Bezug ziemlich nach den Vorgängern.. in der Kammer habe ich noch ein weiteres Kopfkissen gefunden, welches eeetwas besser war.. Eine persönliche Sache war die abendliche Situation, wo jeder für sich selbst entscheiden muss, ob es ok für einen ist.. zum einen muss man durchs Schlafzimmer durch, um ins Bad zu gehen und zum anderen ist der Wohnraum nur mit einer Schiebetür vom Schlafzimmer getrennt, sodass wir abends mit schlafendem Kleinkind und genau überlegen mussten, ob man auf Klo geht und man quasi ein Hörgerät braucht, um den Fernseher zu verstehen. Hat man ein Kind, was unbeeindruckt von Geräuschen ist oder kommt man alleine/als paar, stört das natürlich nicht und auch für unsere 4 Nächte war es ok. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und die Wohnung g hat auch eine perfekte Lage zum See, unsere Tochter konnte bei bestem Wetter jeden Tag baden gehen 👍🏻 ##### Nicole S.
