### Fewo Elya – Peace, Wellness & Shopping in a Perfect Location

The bright 70 m² apartment is located in the quiet Iversheim district of Bad Münstereifel, North Rhine-Westphalia, and accommodates up to 2 guests. It features a bedroom with a spacious box-spring bed (three pillows per person) and a large wardrobe. The bathroom offers a bathtub with integrated shower. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, air fryer, oven, dishwasher, pad coffee machine, filter coffee machine with coffee, milk and sugar, kettle with various teas, toaster, and a fridge with freezer. Additional amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), private smart TV, underfloor heating throughout, electric shutters, hairdryer, and a complete towel set (bath towel, hand towel, two guest towels per person). Books and games provide relaxing evenings.  
  
The shared garden with seating area and barbecue invites you to dine outdoors. Communal parking is available directly at the house. An EV charging station is available on site and can be used for an additional fee. Pets are not allowed—ideal for allergy sufferers. Parties and events are prohibited. A shared bike room with e-bike charging is available. Public transport is within reach.  
  
Smoking is not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. The City Outlet Bad Münstereifel is 3–4 km away in the historic old town. Euskirchen thermal baths are about 15 minutes away by car. Hiking and cycling trails lead directly to Friedwald or Kalkbrennerei Iversheim. Supermarkets are nearby. Unique local experiences are available for every guest.
