House Holzheimer is located on the outskirts of Bad Kissingen in the district Garitz in a very quiet residential area.the flat No.3 has 40sqm and is located in the basement of our house. The large bed-sitting room has windows on three sides with a view of the garden and the entrance with stairs to the flat is behind the house.  
  
The flat no. 3 has a large living-bedroom with double bed, sitting area, and dining areaThe small kitchen, shower, toilet, and a small hallway complete the flat, which can be reached via a separate entrance.The ceiling height of the flat is only 2.10m.Living room and bedroomThe two single beds (1x2m) make up the double bed. There is also a sofa bed for a third person, satellite TV. You can take your meals at a spacious dining table with corner bench.KitchenKitchenette with electric cooker with 4 hotplates (no oven), fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, cookware and sufficient crockery, glasses and cutlery are available.BathroomBathroom with walk-in shower, WC, washbasin, window.  
  
Holiday flat no. 3 has its own seating area in the garden under a pavilion. Garden furniture and barbecue are available.  
  
Our property is situated in a very quiet residential area on a steep slope. The bus passes by the house, so the road is quickly cleared and gritted, especially in winter.There is a storage space for bicycles.For an extra charge we provide a cot.Hand and tea towels can be obtained for a fee.Sufficient free parking spaces available on the property.Free WLAN throughout the house.Sat-TVE Unique view from the flats and the guest terrace.  
  
A city bus stop (free with guest card) is only 100 metres from our house.The KissSalis-Therme can be reached (1.5 km) in a few minutes by car.Hiking trails start about 200m above our house.
