« Gave me cheapest room instead of I reserved. Requested to hotel front to check again the room (he dont want to check. Only got answer that I am misunderstood). Explained again and again, finally got new room key card from him which some of lights in the room are not working. »

« La chambre était très bien grande et confortable et le personnel était courtois et attentionné (très agréable). La douche était faible et j’avais du mal à la régler, mais comme mes nuits étaient courte cela ne m’a pas vraiment dérangé (a contrôler). Je suis rester un peu tard un matin et à mon retour le lendemain dans la nuit ma chambre n’était pas faite. »
