HOLIDAY IN THE "YELLOW VILLA"
The tastefully furnished holiday apartment is located in the Engler family's exceptional Wilhelminian style villa, in a quiet yet central location directly on the romantic Radau stream.
Due to the city center location, arrival by car is not absolutely necessary; nevertheless there is a parking space in front of the house.

The ground floor apartment can be reached via just a few steps.

Living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom have a modern standard; nevertheless, the apartment is cozy with a feel-good character:
The spring-cushioned seating group in the living room invites you to relax, and for entertainment there is a multimedia Smart TV with free WiFi.
The complete kitchen with seating area has an oven and ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and more. V. M.
In the spacious double bed, the bedroom has comfortable 7-zone mattresses with adjustable slatted frames and cozy bedding.
Bath with shower, sink and IWC complete the bathroom. In addition to useful accessories, a hair dryer is available.
The apartment is heated centrally. Water heating is also carried out centrally.

The apartment was even nicer than in the pictures! It was very modern and cozy!! The location is close to everything you need and steps away from the center!! The owner was really nice and available any time we needed help! I would highly recommend this place!!

Die FeWo traf genau unseren Erwartungen, sie war freundlich eingerichtet, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Der Vermieter sehr nett und freundlich, von seiner Frau gab es sogar Leckereien bei Ankunft. Können wir nur empfehlen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Schöne Tage in Bad Harzburg
Wir waren Anfang Mai für 11 Tage bei den Englers in der "Wohlfühloase" und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in Bad Harzburg zentral und doch ruhig. Bäcker, Geschäfte, Restaurants - alles um die Ecke. Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Unsere Fahrräder durften wir regengeschützt abstellen. Besonders gut hat uns der von Frau Engler liebevoll gestaltete Garten gefallen. Wir durften den Garten mitbenutzen und hatten eine eigene Sitzgruppe unter einem Kirschbaum gleich neben der idyllisch dahinplätschernden Radau. Hier ließen wir so manchen Abend bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen!

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Und der Garten ist super klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und für meinen Neffen gab es ein Smart-TV zum Spielen 😉 Sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Nur 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Auch bis zum Zentrum ist mal schnell zu Fuß unterwegs. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Es stand eine Flasche Wasser und etwas Süßes bereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch der Garten ist toll. Direkt am Wasser gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt
Ich versuche es kurz zu halten, da wir sehr begeistert sind. Wir wurden freundlich vom Vermieter mit Schoki und Wasser empfangen. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber sehr sauber und mit gutem Geschmack, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut gepflegt. Die Betten waren sehr sauber (offensichtlich frisch gereinigt) und bereits bezogen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ein großer Kleiderschrank mit Bügeln bietet ausreichend Platz. Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Staubsauger sowie ein Fön sind ebenfalls zur Benutzung vorhanden. Die Lebensmittel konnten wir in der Küche super unterbringen. Mit zwei Personen kann man es sehr gut eine ganze Weile aushalten. Einziges klitzekleines Manko, die Dusche muss aufgrund des Platzes kleingehalten werden. Vielleicht sollten große Menschen überlegen, lieber ein entspannendes Bad zu nehmen. Mich hat der Umstand allerdings nicht weiter gestört! Die Nebenkosten sind übrigens bereits im Preis enthalten. Es entstehen also keine weiteren Kosten. Ein Parkplatz wird direkt am Haus vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt. Und freundlicherweise rettet er einen auch gleich vor ungewollten Straf-Tickets 😅. Ein munteres Flüsschen plätschert direkt am Haus entlang und begleitet einen beim spazieren gehen auf der Attraktionsstraße. Diese bietet tolle Geschäfte zum Bummeln und liegt nur um die Ecke. Es gibt mehrere Bäcker, Cafés und Restaurants, sowie ein kleines Lebensmittel Geschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Strecke konnte man morgens zum Brötchen holen gut zu Fuß erledigen. Den Garten konnten wir Ende Januar leider nicht nutzen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke dafür!

Wunderschöner Garten
Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, somit kurze Wege aber doch ruhig, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ein grosses highlight ist der wunderschöne Garten, in dem der Vermieter einen Teil den Gästen der Ferienwohnung überlässt, haben dort schöne Abende verbracht und manchmal auch gefrühstückt.

Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung!
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Dass alles ausgesprochen sauber war, ist uns besonders aufgefallen. Erfreut waren wir auch über die Möglichkeit, den äußerst idyllischen Garten mitzunutzen. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut: zum einen sind viele Restaurants und Ausflugsziele (Baumwipfelpfad, Seilbahn, Therme, ...) zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum anderen ist die Unterkunft auch für Wanderer super geeignet. Alles in allem ist diese Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen!
