Place is lovely, great location. Super noisy families while we were there though and the internet didn't work 90% of the time. Otherwise great.

Eliaabeth and her family are very warm and approachable hosts. The scenery around ghe hotel is relaxing. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable.

The staff is extremely attentive, great hospitality. Healthy and generous breakfast! Great views! We didn't use the pool as the weather was rainy. Overall, very recommended!

A Wonderful Place!
We are extremely happy about our decision to stay here. The location offers no doubt some of the best views we have ever seen, as well as a very peaceful vibe. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating; our room (family room) was perfect for our needs- two bedrooms, bathroom and a very large balcony. The grounds offered plenty for our busy toddler to stay occupied. The picture of the pool on this site is a little misleading, as it actually does have a gate around it, which had been one of my concerns. We highly recommend the Guesthouse Elisabeth and cannot wait to return!

Extremely Comfy Stay!
This hotel stay could not have been better. The hotel itself is very clean, nice, and well-decorated, with rooms with incredible views. The best part I have to say was the incredibly welcoming and loving family that owns the hotel. They couldn't have been more friendly! Could not recommend more highly!

Great Hotel
It was great! The room is really spacious, neat and clean. With a low price, I didn’t expect to stay in a room with balcony but this hotel has that! And the area was calm and picturesque! Hight recommended:)

Taste of the Austrian countryside.
The guesthouse is located outside Radstad village, on high grounds with a great view of the mountains around. We booked the apartment which was a nice apartment with separate bedroom, bathroom, toilet, lounge and a cute kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, enough to cook a meal. The lounge is nice with a balcony looking out to the countryside. The apartment is nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with a buffet spread. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. Overall a nice staying. We stayed there for 2 nights and use it as a basis to explore the area. 1hr from Hallstat.

Scenic getaway
The location was a 2.7 km up a mountain which gave us spectacular views. When we arrived they gave us the apartment suite which was spacious and beautiful. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with all questions.

Great stay
We got in around 6pm, cold and wet from a motorcycle ride. The manager was very nice, let us park our bikes in her garage and provided a ride to a local restaurant. The internet worked great, beautiful view, comfortable room, and clean. Great hospitality!

Family ran hotel with great facilities
Very friendly family took us to Radstad to the local festival with Krampus. Lots of options for skiing around and best price we could find. Super clean with spacious rooms. Will definitely come back.

Most enjoyable break Have been fortunate to visit many parts of world during the past forty years. The welcome we received from owner and staff was the warmest we have received. perfect stay in Austria
This is a great guesthouse in the Austrian Alps, close to a lot of interesting sights. The room is very clean, spacious, the hostess is very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is great, couldn't have asked for more. Right next door there is a bigger hotel which has a lot of activities for small kids (carts, playground, a small fenced areas with a few animals to look at and feed) and during the 3 days we were there we used all of these and nobody seemed to care or complain. If you have the time, don't miss on the opportunity of having a glass of wine and watch the sunset from a bench behind the building, close to the forest, there is a small "Hansel and Gretel" house just 2 minutes up the hill from the property. I would return here anytime!

Away from the crowds in an Austrian idyll
Guesthouse Elisabeth is part of a small complex of hotels and guesthouses a couple of miles up the road above Radstadt, one of this area's 'sports capitals'. As such, it is far enough from the tourist traps to be peaceful, yet close enough to make all the town's facilities readily available. The complex also has quite a range of sporting activities of its own - although mostly one would expect to be off in the mountains if staying here, rather than playing tennis, archery, etc, locally. The guesthouse itself is beautifully built and maintained, a classic Alpine home, with wood everywhere and bright, open rooms. The roomy balconies have the obligatory flowerboxes, and great views (pretty much unavoidable around here). The breakfast was extensive and 'uncontrolled' (i.e., no-one was watching over your shoulder to make sure you didn't eat too much!) and the service from the lovely and extremely helpful staff was wonderful. Most highly to be recommended - we only wish that we had not merely been 'passing through' on our way to our ultimate destination. Excellent value.

We arrived very late, so it was dark. We called the hotel to let them know we would be late and it was no problem. They were waiting for us and were very pleasant despite the hour. When morning came, we were able to see the gorgeous scenery that surrounded us. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast before heading out. Would love to stay there again.

Friendly lodging high in the mountains
We arrived very late at night but the friendly hostess was expecting us and had left our room ready. As it was very dark we were not aware of our surroundings but awoke the next morning to find ourselves high in the beautiful Austrian Alps. We wanted to stay off-the-beaten-path in the vicinity of Salzburg so the location about an hour's drive away was a treat. The room was clean and comfortable and we were served a nice breakfast.

Sehr familiär geführtes Haus. Man fühlt sich beinah als Teil der Familie - und wir waren nur 2 Tage da! Die Umgebung ist sehr kinderfreundlich, es gibt Tiere zum Füttern und streicheln, einen Pool der abgesichert ist. Und vor allem eine bezaubernde und aufmerksame Betreuung. Danke für alles!
