In the district of Kötschach 3 km from the centre of Bad Gastein, in a quiet position, 3 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property, beautiful garden to relax. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking, communal covered parking (extra). Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop "Grüne Baum" 400 m, railway station "Bad Gastein" 4 km, thermal baths "Felsentherme" 4 km. Golf course (16 hole) 5 km, chair lift 3 km, slopes 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Graukogel 3 km, Stubnerkogel 4 km. Hiking paths: Hohe Tauern 20 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked.
