In the house: lift. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 2.6 km, supermarket 2.6 km, restaurant 2.6 km, café 1.3 km, bus stop 100 m, thermal baths "Alpentherme" 2.6 km, bathing lake "gastein" 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.1 km, skisport facilities 2.6 km, slopes 2.6 km, ski school 2.6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bad Gastein-Sportgastein, Schloßalmbahn Bad Hofgastein, Dorfgastein-Großarl. Hiking paths: Hohe tauern.  
"Auszeit", 2-room apartment 50 m2\. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Spacious and bright, fully renovated in 2024, very modern and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, dining table and TV (flat screen), DVD and DVD collection available. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom.
