The resort comprises 100 houses in a quiet countryside location, 1 km from the lake. It offers a shared 33-hectare property with trees, meadows, and parking at 200 meters. An EV charging station is available, and you can enjoy amenities like a yard, internet WiFi, and parking on the premises.  
  
Outdoors:  
The resort is surrounded by picturesque natural beauty, with a sandy beach just 400 meters away and the breathtaking Twistensee bathing lake merely 400 meters from your doorstep. Outdoor enthusiasts can indulge in various activities, including a waterski and wakeboarding facility, a nudist area, and a restaurant by the lake. Additionally, you can find a golf course (9 holes) within 1.5 km, a minigolf course at 300 meters, and a children's playground conveniently located 200 meters away.

The 3-room house has a total area of 50 square meters and features a tasteful and cozy furnishings. It includes a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV (flat screen) and an exit leading to the terrace. Additionally, there are two bedrooms: one with two beds and satellite TV (flat screen), and the other with a double bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long) along with satellite TV (flat screen).  
  
Amenities Included  
The house boasts an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also features a shower/WC, gas heating, a large terrace spanning 60 square meters, terrace furniture, a barbecue, and two deck chairs. Guests have access to a washing machine, dryer, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, and a hair dryer. Internet (WiFi) is provided free of charge with a bandwidth of 50 Mbit/s.
