You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### A spacious three bedroom apartment in Bad Abbach

The apartment is the entire second floor of a newly renovated 3 story house. The place is about 100 sq. meters and is fully equipped to guarantee a complete experience.   
It consists of three bedrooms, a living room with decorative fireplace, a combined spacious kitchen/dining room, a bathroom with shower cabin and a separate bath tub.  
There is a combined washer/dryer on the first floor in a separate room.  
The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and natural granite stone flooring.  
  
Dining kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher.  
Conveniently access to the back yard directly from the living room.  
Take a hot bath in the bath tub and relax.  
  
The apartment can easily accommodate 7 people. The big bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed for two people. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. The living room sectional couch can easily be converted into a bed.  
Bed linen and towels included;  
  
There is no internet available for the guests to use. Please note that if you have mobile data internet plan you will have good reception within the property.  
  
Even though the TV it does not have regular German cable channels, it has HD Netflix and YouTube for you to watch and enjoy on the 55 inch screen in the living room.  
  
Guests have exclusive access to the two bedrooms, the living room the bathroom and the kitchen/dining room in the apartment. There is one additional locked room in the apartment that is used for storage and are not accessible to the guests.

Leider weist die Wohnung Defekte (Schimmel, nasser Boden...) auf und der Gastgeber ist durch uns oder auch durch die Agentur nicht erreichbar. Wir warten bisher noch auf eine Reaktion.

#### Nicht zu empfehlen

Schimmel in den Zimmern, Ameisenbefall in der ganzen Wohnung, eine gebrochene Duschwanne, schlechte Ausstattung, teilweise kaputt oder sehr stark veraltet und die angegebenen Parkmöglichkeiten sind ein Witz. Die Balkontür konnte nicht benutzt werden, da hier offensichtlich Undichtigkeiten vorlagen. Die teilweise Rückerstattung funktionierte aber reibungslos.
