« The room I reserved was very spacious and roomy. Are room was cleaned every day by the maids. It was left spotless for us plus enough towels and beach towels we had for every day use. The staff were amazing. They were very nice and attentive to all of us. We were a total of 5 guest. But the view of this boutique was breath taking. »

« Je ne sais par quoi commencer… certainement le meilleur hôtel de notre voyage de 15 jours, nous l’avons quittés avec regrets… tout était parfait ! Le staff est incroyable, ouvert, à l’écoute, nous avons beaucoup discuté avec eux. Je ne trouve pas de défaut à cet endroit. En plus de la ville de Bacalar, qui est incroyable, l’hôtel était au même niveau. Nous avons participé à l’excursion organisé par l’hôtel pour découvrir le lagon, pareil, une des meilleures, en petit comité avec des guides...

"Établissement au bord du lagon avec accès privé, certaines chambres ont même un accès personnel. Ce que je pourrais reprocher, c’est les bus entier de touristes qui arrivent à l’heure du repas pendant que vous êtes tranquillement au bord de la piscine… À refaire, je choisirais un établissement plus petit. Les chambres sont confortables avec terrasse, mais quand même Plutôt vieillissant. Très compliqué de communiquer avec le personnel qui ne parle pas un mot d’anglais. "
