« The owner is amazing and very helpful! The room was perfect overlooking the beach. The bathroom was big and had the best shower of our trip! It is great that they have a cafe attached as well. My only suggestion is to put a curtain over the storage closet in the hall because the first impression looked cluttered. But we will stay here again if we ever return to beautiful Swansea! »

"Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. At the front desk and for the breakfast we had a wonderful experience, the people where super friendly and helpful. We had a very nice price so it's a good value deal. Would recommend."

"Les chambres sont très agréables et spacieuses. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents, cuisinés avec de très bons produits. Le point noir c'est la situation de l’hôtel qui se trouve proche d'une autoroute urbaine ce qui mériterait des huisseries isolantes d'un point de vue phonique ce qui n'est pas le cas actuellement."
