The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dining seating for six and a woodburning stove. There is a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and a sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link), a double with an en-suite and a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is access to woodlands and horses in stables, which are enclosed for safety - owner requires access passed the property twice a day with the horses. as well as off-road parking for 5 cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Two well-behaved pets are welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. Within 2.1 miles there is a shop and within 4.7 miles, a pub. For a secluded spot in the wonderful County Mayo, choose Bohans Barn. Amenities: Oil central heating with 2 x woodburning stoves. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. Smart TV, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 5 cars. Access to woodland. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.1 miles, pub 4.7 miles. Region: The West of Ireland conjures up many images; thatched, whitewashed cottages, a flock of sheep on a narrow road, an emerald green field with a stone wall, or the Atlantic waves crashing into towering cliffs and rocky shores. Town: The small town of Crossmolina in Mayo County, Ireland. It holds the Crossmolina festival every year, which is a family-friendly event. Ballina, noted for its friendly welcome and for its location on the River Moy, is only a short drive away. The internationally renowned River Moy is considered as one of Europe's premier salmon fishing grounds, producing thousands of salmon each year, while the surrounding Lough Conn is also home to salmon and brown trout when in season. Incredible location with an incredible host, thanks Gillian and family for looking after us for our two week stay. We already miss this cottage and can't wait to get back. Deer in the garden (if your up early enough), horse's to feed and birds to listen to. Relax infront of the fire with a book or make use of the strong wifi in every room.
