Sabah erken saatteki bir işimiz için 1 gece Ayvalık’ta uyumak amacıyla tercih etme hatasına düştük. Eski Rum evlerinden dönüştürülmüş butik bir pansiyon. Resimlerde göründüğünden daha dardı. Ancak en önemli sorun rahat bir gece geçirmek için ses yalıtımı kesinlikle uygun değil. Bu uyarıyı kendileri de bir pano yaparak duvara asmışlar ama bunun hiçbir faydası olmuyor. Uyumayı amaçlıyorsanız başka bir yer bulmanız daha iyi olur. Pansiyonun kapısından gece geç saatlerde çok yüksek zırrrr kapı sesiyle giren herkesin ve üst kattakilerin en ufak ayak sesi ve tüm konuşmaları odanızın içindeymiş gibi duyuluyor. Üstüne üstlük girişte koyulan kahve makinesini gece 2de kullananların sesi de girişteki odaların içindeymiş gibi duyuluyor. Uyumamız mümkün olmadı.

Her şey gayet güzeldi, 2 numaralı balkonlu odada kaldık çok keyif aldık. Her gün kahve ve kurabiye ikramı vardı. Canlı dükkanların olduğu sokakta olduğu için de her yere kolayca ulaştık. Tavsiye ederim

Bir gece geçirmek için küçük bir oda tuttuk gayet ihtiyacımızı karşıladı fiyat performans bi butik otel. Otelin kafesi kahveleri çok iyi değil ama başka bir şey deneyimlemedik. Güler yüzlü misafirperver bir otel işletmesi tavsiye olunur💛

Oda tüm beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Konum olarak merkezdeydi ve çok konforluydu her yere yürüme mesafesi olmalı. Personel çok ilgili ve tatlıydı. Ayvalık'a tekrar gelirsek yine kalmak isteriz.

Özden Hanım bizi çok güzel şekilde karşıladı ve çok ilgiliydi. Kız kıza kalmak için uygun bi işletme. Çok rahat ettik. İkramlar içinde teşekkür ederiz. Kokteyllerinide deneyimledik çok lezzetliydi.

Otel Müdürü Özden Hanım çok ilgili ve yardımsever birisi, otel eski bir rum evi olduğu için ahşap bir eski bina bu sebeple çok fazla ses vardı, odalar arasındaki tüm sesler sizin odanızda duyuluyor bu bizi çok rahatsız etti. Onun dışında odamız çok temizdi genişliği yeterliydi, konumu çok güzel zaten tüm popüler yerlere çok yakın. Otelin altında bar&cafe var gayet güzel ve otel misafirlerine indirimleri vardı. Açıkçası çok memnun kaldık ama ses yüzünden çıkmak zorunda da kaldık.

Çarşının içinde renovasyon geçirmiş bir rum evi. Güzel dekore edilmiş, gayet de temizdi. Ahşap olduğu için binada ses oluyor, uykunuz hafifse zorlanabilirsiniz belki. Konaklayanlar için çay, kahve ve kek ikramları tüm gün girişte. Sabah erken saatte geldiğim için Özden Hanım çok yardımcı oldu. Tavsiye ederim.

Öncelikle otelin temizliği harikaydı, perdeler bile mis gibi kokuyordu. Otelin ambiyansı çok tatlı eski tarihi yapılarla yeni yapılandırmalar birleştirilmiş gibi… ancak alt katta konaklayan arkadaşlarımız, seslerden biraz şikayet ettiler, binanın ahşap oluşu yürürken aşırı ses çıkarmasına neden oluyor, bu sebeple kapılar kapalı da olsa içeri çok ses geliyor, ayrıca yine alt kattakiler sokaktaki diğer çalışanların seslerini çok duymuşlar :( bunlar haricinde odaların boyutu da bir tık küçük çok fazla depolama alanı yok eğer 2-3 günden fazla kalacaksanız biraz zorlanabilirsiniz. Yine de her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, ben yine gelsem üst kattaki odaları tercih edebilirim :) sevgiler,

Otel iç atmosfer ve alt katında konforlu olsa da malesef konaklama olarak aynı şeyi söyleyemeyiz. Ben açıklama okumadan gitmiştim ve kahvaltı olmadığını orada öğrendim ama zaten yazıyormuş ben görmedim problem değildi. Ancak terassız bir odada kalacaksanız eğer otel odası vakit geçirilecek konforda değil. Aksamları alt kafesi ve resepsiyon türevi gibi kapalı oluyor ve kahve vs gibi ihtiyaçları dışarıdan karşılamak zorundasınız. Ayrıca otelin bulunduğu sokaktan biz gece çok konforlu geçip yürüyemedik. Eğer sadece biz uyuruz derseniz evet tercih edin ama genel konfor olarak önermem. 2/5 bir oteldi bizim için. Çalışanları güler yüzlü ama gerçekten odaların kapıları çok ince ve biz tedirgin hissettik. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Otelin konumu, temizliği ( odaya girince kokan mis gibi sabun kokusu) ve dizaynı çok iyiydi. Ancak hayatımda ilk kez kahvaltısında yumurta verilmeyen bir otelde kaldım, bunun nedenini sorduğumda “patronumuz yumurta kokusu sevmiyor” olarak açıklandı.. bunu ilginç buldum ve yadırgadım.

Erken çıkmamız gerekiyordu kahvaltıya kalamayacaktık kendileri akşamdan sandviç hazırlayıp odanıza bırakabiliriz dediler çok ince bir davranıştı.Otel çok temizdi ve mis gibi kokuyordu zaten aşırı merkezi bir konumda.Yüksek tavan oluşu balkonunun güzelliği ve odamın güzel dizayn edilmesi insanın içini açıyordu
