"The hotel was ok considering its age our room was extremely noisy had no sleep for the two night's we stayed due to a busy road and the windows rattled so loudly the second night as there was a high wind we had to fill it with cardboard and tissue paper to try and dtop the rattle On the plus side the staff are lovely and the food great. The hotel is in a good position in the small town"

"Newly renovated rooms to a high specification, staff were very helpful from the moment I walked in the door. Great food, luckily for me it was a Sunday evening I arrived and managed to get an amazing carvery. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Very comfortable stay ,good value. Only criticism this was the weekend the clocks went forward ,so in effect had to vacate room by 930 in real time ,to extend by an hour would have cost an additional £20."

"This is our second visit to the hotel. Last year we stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. This time, we stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage, it was stunning, especially the modern bathroom with lovely quality toiletries. Both the breakfast & dinner were delicious. We enjoyed being able to choose a cooked breakfast from their varied selection. Would highly recommend. "

"Wonderful stay at the Bucks Arms. Room very comfortable with amazing views over the grounds of Blickling Hall. Loved the four poster bed - plus very comfortable. Food and staff excellent. Will be back!"

"Great house with all we needed, steps to get in and out vey high and one of our group has recently suffered a stroke and found access and egress a bit difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay many thanks"

"The room was very clean and tidy. On the booking it didn't say there breakfast, but when I got into the room there was a lovely breakfast bag. The car park was small but was adequate. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay there. Also the staff were very helpful "

"What a cosy and welcoming find! Lovely place. It's all the little touches that make a difference. The heating on when we arrived. A bottle of prosecco and two glasses waiting along with farm, fresh milk and two homemade chocolate muffins. When we arrived back from our walk on Saturday, our host handed us eleven fresh eggs. Beautiful walks through woods and farmland. Local pubs are within walking distance, Aylsham just a short drive away and the local shop and cafe is delightful. We couldn't have asked for more.
