Villa Nissini is a 3 bedroom villa providing a comfortable retreat for a party of six, in the heart of Ayia Napa.   
  
The villa has its own private swimming pool and a nicely maintained garden for endless care free relaxing hours in the ever-shining Mediterranean sun.   
  
The villa is located in Ayia Napa in a private complex which offers a clean, calm and well-built environment.  
  
Vathia Gonia Beach is only a 10 min walk or 2 minutes drive away from the property. The beaches around offer golden sands and crystal-clear sea waters providing a calm environment for you and your family and friends to enjoy.  
  
The swimming pool area offers plenty of sunbathing space while furnished with solid quality and modern furniture.   
  
Thought the doors you will be able to access the fully air conditioned open plan living room and dining area, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. A guest toilet can also be found on the ground floor of the property.   
  
Villa Nissini consists of 3 comfortable double bedrooms which share one bathroom, to accommodate a total of 6 guests. All rooms are fully air conditioned.
