This stunning and contemporary 3-bedroom villa is located in the heart of Ayia Napa, just a few minutes’ walk to beautiful beaches and local amenities, and a 15-minute walk to the vibrant nightlife. Perfect for a relaxing holiday while being close to all the resort's attractions.  
  
As you step inside, you’ll find a bright and open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, a widescreen TV, and large patio doors that lead to the garden and pool area. The dining area accommodates six people, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay. One of the three bedrooms is located on this floor, featuring a double bed and direct access to the garden area. There’s also a separate bathroom with a shower and WC, along with a small utility room.  
  
Upstairs, the remaining two bedrooms await, each with two single beds and a shared balcony with sea views. All bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. This floor also features a family bathroom with a bathtub, overhead shower, and WC.  
  
Outside, the villa offers a spacious garden area with a private pool, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a shaded dining space—ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors.  
  
The villa also provides free Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout.
