The villa consists of two levels, where the elegant and luxury décor of the villa is adorned with beautiful colours and modern furnishings. In the open plan living and dining area, you can spend a relaxing time with family and friends. On this level there is a fully equipped kitchen, a singles air- conditioned bedroom as well as a separated guest WC with shower. The stairs lead you to three tastefully decorated, air-conditioned bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and two double beds combining a range of delightful touches and comforting features. The bedrooms are sharing the same sea view balcony overlooking the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea. The family bathroom located on the same floor offers a shower and there is also an ensuite shower. The outdoor area provides a spacious deck with sunbeds and sun lounges, surrounding the tempting crystal clear waters of the pool. A BBQ is available for dinning al fresco at the elegant outdoor dining area. Villa Nissi Pearl 3 is the ideal location for couples, families, and friends.
