Flooring with laminate flooring both in the flat and on the large terrace. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus toilet, kitchen open to living room. Equipped with bed and bath linen, dishwasher, plasma TV, complete kitchenware, equipped kitchen with quartz worktop, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, everything you need to feel at home. Terrace and garden furniture. Lift. Dear guest, we are delighted to welcome you to our well-kept flat. To respect your stay and that of future guests, please read the compliance with the rules. After a few metres you will see a residential area in shades of blue, red, brown... and then a small roundabout. Take the second exit and continue straight ahead on Calle De Los Pelicanos. On your left you will see your access to the car park at Residencial Los Camaleones.
