This modern, recently remodeled condo is centrally located in the Seasons at Avon building, within a 5 minute walk from the Westin Riverfront Gondola, Nottingham Lake/Park and the Avon Summer Concert Series! With its convenient location and comfortable accommodations, The Seasons at Avon is a great value for guests looking for easy access to the Beaver Creek ski slopes and Avon’s shops, restaurants and entertainment. This particular unit (#314) has two levels and is one of only a few in the building with mountain views from all bedrooms, unobstructed by exterior hallways. Enjoy the view of Beaver Creek from the balcony or in front of the fireplace in the open concept living/dining room. The primary bedroom includes a California King bed with a new (2024) Leesa Legend Hybrid Mattress and en-suite bathroom with double sinks located on the second floor with one half wall open to the stairwell. The downstairs second and third bedrooms have queen size beds, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with shared access to a third full bath. The unit includes a full-sized washer/dryer and a gas grill available on the balcony. There is elevator access to the condo from the heated underground garage which has two guest parking spaces and a secure ski locker. The Seasons building is situated directly across the street from Avon's state-of-the-art recreation center, offering numerous activities, athletic equipment, a water slide, lazy river and pool/spa open to the public for a fee. The Westin, a few steps on the other side, also has an ample Athletic Club space and luxurious spa also available by fee. Nottingham Lake is a quick walk and offers ice skating in the winter and swimming with beach paddle boats and paddle boarding in the summer. You can be in Bachelor Gulch, Beaver Creek, or Arrowhead in minutes. The Avon Transportation Center is adjacent to the property with a shuttle to Vail and Bustang service to Denver. The condo is perfectly located for access to both mountains. It’s a two minute walk to the Beaver Creek Gondola and the free shuttle to Vail is directly across the street. The kitchen is well stocked and rooms are plenty large. Having three bathrooms is also a huge plus when a group is all trying to get ready to head out together. The staff at the Seasons was easy to reach and very responsive. Our location was ideal for buses and walking to the riverfront gondola which makes it perfect if you have no car. With a car you have underground parking which is nice and ski lockers which keep you from having to schlep equipment upstairs. Our unit was the highlight of our stay. It was very clean, well appointed, had an incredible view of the mountains, spacious and was probably as well stocked as my own home. They even had a foam roller for sore muscles and a frother for that special cup of morning coffee. We will definitely stay here again. ##### James C. We have stayed at multiple Seasons at Avon apartments, and this one had , by far , the best equipped kitchen. Good sound and TV set-up as well in the main area and master . The design of these apartments has a flaw n that there is no door that can be closed to the upper floor, so that the primary bedroom is a bit of a public space , sound wise . Very nice touch by the hosts to leave a bottle of wine as well as basic supplies, including fresh coffee for the guests use . Had a fabulous stay in this condo while on a ski vacation with my family! The place was spacious, with plenty of room for the four of us and had the ability to accommodate at least two to four more people. It was very well appointed, with interesting furniture, a fireplace, plenty of seating in the dining and living rooms, a small deck with a view of the Beaver Creek mountains, a cafe table and chairs and a large grill on the deck, and en-suite baths in two of the bedrooms. The kitchen and bar area are beautiful and well stocked with everything needed for meals and cocktails! The condo is very conveniently located! With stores, restaurants, the lake in Avon, the shuttle buses to Vail and Beaver Creek, and the Beaver Creek ski gondola all just a short walk away! Me and my family of 6 with kids from 9-18 years old went to Avon for 4 days to ski and hang out and had a great time. Good space for 6 but I can’t imagine adding any more. Management was very responsive, professional and helpful in multiple ways. Thorough and often communication was top notch. The building is a bit old but the unit is updated and very nice. Decorated well with everything you need makes a stay more comfortable. The master bedroom is an open loft so doesn’t provide privacy which is shown in the pictures but worth mentioning. The other 2 bathrooms are adequate but a little tight. We struggled a bit with hot water only getting 2 warm 10-15 minute showers at a time. We spaced them out which worked for us but if a group was heading out to dinner every night, it could have been an issue. We cooked most nights and the kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and all you need to cook which was really nice. There were also basic items like Pam spray, oil, a good selection of seasonings, sugar, etc which I really appreciate. A short walk to the gondola is nice so your group can come and go at different times if needed easily. Overall a fabulous place and I would recommend it! ##### Monica W. We could easily congregate in the living room/kitchen. We love to cook and this kitchen comes with everything you need. The management kept in touch and always made sure we had everything we needed. Only issue was no central AC and bedroom AC units trip the breaker if below 72\. This may not be an issue majority of the time, but we visited during a very sunny/hot week in July which left the condo a bit warm when we got home from activities late in the day. Condo is situated in best part of the building, views from every room, close to elevator and fitness room.
