Restaurants, Yoga/Pilates studio, grocery store, library and Nottingham Lake/park are all easily accessible by foot at this location. Located in the Lodge at Avon Center, you’ll have quick access to Italian, American and Chinese restaurants. This home features an open layout combining the kitchen, dining and living room. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and all new stainless appliances has everything you need. Dine in or entertain at the roomy dining table with seating for 8 guests. Relax in the modern living room furnished with ample seating, flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace. To the left of the kitchen will be the Primary Bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2\. The Primary Bedroom features a king bed, large tv with cable and ceiling fan. The Ensuite Bath features a double vanity and huge walk-in shower with two shower heads. Guest Bedroom 2 features 2 Queen Beds, large tv with cable, ceiling fan and ensuite bath. The Ensuite Bath features a single vanity, toilet, and Tub/Shower Combination. To the right of the kitchen is Guest Bedroom 3 and the Bunk Room. Guest Bedroom 3 features 2 queen beds, large tv with cable, ceiling fan and ensuite bath. The property itself was so clean and spacious. Each room had a bathroom and the kitchen/living room is spacious and comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again in the future.
