Each bedroom looks recently updated and has its own full bath. Kitchen and living room area don’t seem as updated and are a little small but OK. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely updated and the kitchen and family room area were very comfortable. There is an oversized balcony that also allows a group to dine or gather outdoors. The unit is 3BRs, each with its own full bath, plus a nice communal kitchen and living room. Kitchen was fully stocked, and there was plenty of firewood on hand for the fireplace. Balcony of living room and second balcony connecting bedrooms 2 and 3\. Location is top tier with easy access via gondola / bus to beaver creek and bus to Vail. Shops and groceries nearby. The apartment was spotless clean and we were very satisfied with the condition of everything! All of the beds and pillows were comfortable, which is hard to find in most of the rental properties. We were 6 adults and all rooms were spacious. Apartment has a rental equipment shop as well as a liquor shop downstairs, which were very convenient. There were also three different restaurants , we haven't had a chance to try them out though. It was only 3 mins walk to gondola or free shutttles, which we have used both. The abundance of beds was awesome.The living area was so comfortable and had plenty of cozy seating. It was clean and nicely stocked with towels, TP ,paper towels,etc. It was great to have a washer and dryer. 3 private balconies. The landlord was very accomadating and easy to work with. Only thing I would want you to know is if you are traveling in the summer the place does not have AC. Did not even think I would have to check on that. But the mornings and night time were fine.
