The kitchen was fully equipped with top of the line cookware and everything you need for a big family meal.Surf or Sound real estate folks were on top of all requests. However, the central air only worked on the upper level. The fix for the rest of the house was immediate but not great. Window ac units were installed in the bedrooms, the windows were left partially open for drains & that allowed mosquitos & other bugs in and no ac in the bathrooms. The customer service from Surf or Sound Realty was top notch. We had all information we needed to check in and out smoothly as well as how to request assistance if needed while there (which we didn’t need to access as everything was great and in good repair). We like to cook meals at home and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances, pots/pans, etc. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of seating area to eat meals together, play games, and watch movies. If we find ourselves back this way we will definitely book a vacation rental again through Surf or Sound Realty. ##### Rebecca K.
