Situated in Lower Beaver Creek Village, guests can enjoy easy access to local restaurants and shops in Avon. Guests at this penthouse loft are treated to a newly renovated, open-plan and fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. In addition, the property includes a large living room and formal dining area, as well as vaulted ceilings and large windows. This gorgeous home also benefits from being an exclusive for The Travel Whisperer. This means that guests staying at 406 The Ascent have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and much more. The bedroom configuration for this property is as follows: Master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom Two Guest bedrooms with King beds and en-suite bathrooms Guest room with two Queen beds and en-suite bathrooms All bedrooms are fitted with large, flat screen HD televisions. Guests staying at The Ascent are welcome to take advantage of the multiple amenities on offer. Parking for one vehicle is available in the outdoor parking lots. Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. A dedicated Personal Concierge is available to assist with planning every aspect of your getaway from the moment you book. Your dedicate Property Host will reach out 7 days prior to arrival with directions and check-in details. Property access codes will be sent the day of arrival. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh and linen change is included as part of your booking. Linen is changed, beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected. The host communicated with us from the beginning of booking until we checked out. The condo was immaculately clean. Everything was well stocked. We used all the amenities, pool, hot tub, game room. All wonderful. The location could not have been better and we found walking to restaurants and stores enjoyable. It is difficult to find a 4 bedroom condo with 4 ensuites. The beds were extremely comfortable. A ski locker comes with the unit, it is a little small for 8 skiers so we asked for an additional locker. The complex had two hot tubs, a steam room and pool - so nice after a long day of skiing. Plan ahead for where you are skiing - the shuttle goes to Beaver Creek but doesn't run often to Vail.
