We had a bit of a snag with the check-in process, but we eventually got sorted by one of the property managers at the building who went above and beyond to assist us. After that the stay was very smooth — the location is perfect, within a 1 min walk to the Ritz Carlton and has access to hiking trails. Free transport to Beaver Creek village was a plus as well.
