This was a wonderful house with a great set up perfectly for what you might need. The location was wonderful and great trails to walk down. The weather was perfect! We six long-time friends are committed to using VRBO locations to stay vs hotels. This location was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and had great space with each bedroom having its own dedicated bathroom. Even though it is located in a small condo complex, it is tucked back in what felt like a secluded spot just about 50 yards from the Eagle River which you could hear running day and night. It is perfectly located in Avon, a town that did not seem to have the dense tourist population of some ski areas. Brian was a great and responsive host and we would go back in a heartbeat to this VRBO. Thanks for a great experience that made our week long stay truly memorable! ##### Don C. We spent a lot of time on the back porch, which overlooks the river. The kitchen was well stocked, and the furnishing and bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. The location was great - we biked for coffee every morning. The owner was very responsive and more than accommodating. The house was very kid friendly. It was also just across the street from the bus stop which was very convenient.
