This unit fit our needs for 5 adults and a 3 year old, all family so we don't mind being cozy. It was clean and had basically everything we needed, the onsite staff was helpful, the shuttle to Vail and Beaver Creek was great on the days it ran - not Tues and Wed when we were there so you might check beforehand if you won't have transportation of your own - and Nottingham Park next to the property for our 3 yr old grandbaby to sled on short hills, and play in the snow and on the playground was a definite plus. We did use hot tub, but not pool. This unit is also just a couple blocks from the Avon Rec Center. ##### chris w.
