The house was clean, nicely furnished, and had comfortable beds. The location was great situated between Beaver Creek and Vail for skiing. Nick was friendly and communicated well.The bedrooms were large but the living area was a bit small for 7 people. Also it was difficult to regulate the heat- hot and then cold. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. With 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, both families were able to enjoy privacy whenever needed, but the living and dining room area provided wonderful times to enjoy meals together, play board games, laugh, etc. There were a couple of minor issues that came up, but the host was always very quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The townhome was fairly close to the tournament game locations in Gypsum, Eagle, and Edwards, but staying in Avon was worth the extra 10 minute drive compared to those locations. Avon is close to many great restaurants and Walmart was just a couple minutes away, which made it very easy to pick up groceries and anything else needed for our visit.
