Near a skating rink and surrounded by boutiques, galleries, and restaurants, there's tons to do in this awesome location! • Central Beaver Creek Location • Perfect Place to Recover After a Long Day • Central to Beaver Creek Village Welcome to our updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, which features: • Bedroom 1: one king bed • Bedroom 2: one or two beds or bunk bed • Living Room: fireplace • Walk-out balcony • Fully-equipped kitchen • 2 Bathrooms: one of which features an over-sized spa tub • In-suite washer and dryer Other amenities at St. James Place include but are not limited to: • access to Wi-Fi • heated pool • indoor parking • concierge desk • fitness center Notice to Summer and Fall Guests: The front drive/main entrance is currently closed for construction and may cause some disruption. There will be no access to the front drive and main entrance of the building during this time. Access to the entire building is limited to the garage. Construction in the courtyard will be ongoing daily and may be disruptive at times. Some units overlook the courtyard area where construction is taking place. Units are not equipped with air conditioning, so it's usually necessary to have the windows open. This should be complete by 11/25/25\. The maid services and access to the hot tub are very limited with COVID and the discounts for ski rentals were advertised but not actually offered this year. Otherwise it was clean, had a functional kitchen, and was an excellent location for skiing and dining. Parking was provided at no cost and that was also a great convenience. ##### Mary B.
