The first few weeks of August were extremely hot this year and the upstairs bedrooms really needed air condition. The owner should disclose that the living room furniture was "Down". I have a very strong allergy to "Down" and had to stay on constant medication during my visit. Had I know in advance I would not have rented the house.. We enjoyed our stay other than those two problems. The house was a comfortable size and in a beautiful setting. ##### Mike S. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the Eagle river and a restful area with chairs near its banks. The fenced patio/deck was a safe place for the little kids to play. There is a small playground and basketball court nearby and easy access to the long trail along the river. There was no DVD player, so bring your own, or stream using their high speed internet. The kitchen is a little crowded if more than one is working in it, but we made it work. The oven's temperature seemed quite a bit below its listed setting. But these are minor things from an otherwise excellent house. ##### David L.
