The place was exactly as presented…well appointed, convenient to amenities of Westin and Gondola. It was perfect for two (would have been tight for four even though there’s a sofa-bed). The 60 resort cost daily is a bit steep but we enjoyed the gym, ski valet and shuttle convenience so was worth it. The East-West (on-site management) was very helpful (much more knowledgeable about how to get around than the Westin staff)! We would definitely stay here again when back in Avon/Beaver Creek! ##### Sharon M. The kids were delayed an hour for ski lessons when the valet lost their skis. It turned out that the skis were left outside at the valet stand overnight. When I attempted to bring the situation to the attention of management, they would not speak with me stating they were too busy. I requested a refund for the expensive valet service but never heard back.
