Powder Haus boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, an open living area, and a chef's custom kitchen with an oversized wet bar. Create exquisite culinary cuisine on the 6 burner gas Thermador range while your sous chef preps on the large island with leathered natural stone with a custom copper sink, and waterfall edges. Use the wet bar to serve cocktails and chill wine in the beverage center. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea in the coffee cubby. Enjoy a casual breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the large island.

Visit Beaver Creek Mountain by driving to the Bear Lot within 5 minutes, take the bus to The Landing and be on the slopes in 10 minutes, or take the bus to Beaver Creek Village in 15 minutes and start your adventure there!   
  
Take I-70 East to Vail for about 15 minutes and enjoy the legendary Back Bowls for another great adventure.   
  
If you want to enjoy activities closer to home, drive into Avon for great meals and cocktails. Drive 10 minutes west to Edwards and visit River Walk for excellent dining options or to shop boutiques.
