This amazing Beaver Creek West condo, part of the Seasons complex, is centrally located in Avon and is steps away from Nottingham Park and Lake. Guests at this condo have access to the three hot tubs. In warmer weather, enjoy the shared outdoor pool and tennis courts. Getting to the slopes of Beaver Creek Resort is easy with the complimentary shuttle taking you to the gondola. Meanwhile, City Market grocery store is within a mile of the home so you can conveniently stock up on necessities like bread, milk, and ice cream. Located on the third floor (guests have a few stairs to climb) the condo is a single level on the inside. A furnished deck complete with a gas grill and mountain views will inspire a family BBQ when you're visiting in summer. Kids will feel welcome here with the sled, movies, and toys available for them to use. A booster seat will help the little one sit closer to the six-seat dining table when everyone's ready to dig into grilled corn on the cob. The well-stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and dishwasher lends all the home-away-from-home perks you need to comfort. Little extras like a coffee bean grinder and slow cooker may urge you to make a few favorites. After a meal or while you're fixing an apres ski snack, keep up with the latest football game on the flatscreen TV in the living room. Use the WiFi and sound dock to stream music on your phone. The condo was spacious for 6 adults although the listing showed a fabulous fireplace which apparently is not a working fireplace. Given this was a ski vacation, we would have expected this to be identified in the listing. The beds (especially in the 3rd bedroom were awful and the mattresses need replacing. The response from the management company was great as we had a broken humidifier and a new one arrived the same day. Additionally, when we complained about the mattresses, they sent over two mattress pads (which helped a bit). But, not having a usable fireplace was the most disappointing. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and the location was a 10 minute walk to the gondola and even less to the shuttle. ##### Marsha S. Unfortunately the owners (not renters) beneath this unit \~ were extremely loud \~\~ 2 nights we got no sleep even with ear plugs; because of doors slamming & yelling \~\~ walls are already thin! My husband took trash out during one of their fights, and they had literally knocked the front door off it’s hinges.... The next day 2 of my children were too exhausted to leave the condo, fighting had gone on til 5:45am; but couldn’t get rest because of the noise from them replacing the door & repairing the door frame that day Unfortunate for this unit that the neighbors are BAD. We would never stay here again. The unit was not cleaned & ready at check-in, the towels were wet (& there were not enough for a family of 5, especially if we intended to use the hot tub) \~\~ kudos to Turnkey texting, they were prompt w/responses; but there were no other properties we could switch to \~\~\~ made reservation 10 months in advance because it was the week of Christmas. ##### Carol P. Everything was really seamless. The condo is spacious with a big living room and kitchen, a balcony, and a grill. Everything was clean and we had plenty of towels etc. The shuttle to the mountain was really convenient and efficient. We stayed here for a week with our two kids and were happy with the property. It was clean, had a great starter supply of paper products (we didn’t even have to replenish bc there was plenty for our stay!) and kitchen had the necessities. Also happy they provide fans because there’s no air conditioning so it did get warm by end of day, fans helped a lot. Check in and out was easy! Nottingham park around the corner is a gem!! The condo is on the third floor, so that is something to be aware of if you have a lot of luggage & bikes like we did. Those coming from lower altitudes might find this makes you very short of breath at first. Would stay here again. ##### abbey g.
