This \*BRAND NEW LISTING\* ideally located in the heart of Bachelor Gulch! Experience breathtaking mountain views, top-tier amenities, and convenient access to world-class skiing and hiking. This ski-in/ski-out unit offers direct lift access via the 16 Bachelor Gulch Express Lift and is just a short shuttle ride away from Beaver Creek Village, home to the best shopping and dining in the area.  
  
Guests will check in and retrieve keys at the Ritz Carlton front desk any time after 4:00 PM. The valet will unload your car as you are directed towards check-in. Gear will be taken to the ski valet and prepped for you to hit the slopes the next day while baggage is being brought to your room   
  
Unit Features:  
\-Primary Bedroom: King bed with an en suite bathroom  
\-Secondary Bedroom: Two queen beds with an en suite bathroom  
\-Living Room: Pull-out sofa for additional guests  
\-Kitchen & Dining Area: Fully stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay

Guest Information:  
\-All guests will need to verify their identity and sign a short-term rental agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. If you'd like to see a copy prior to booking please reach out.  
\-Valid ID required at check in.  
\-There is a $60 parking fee for valet service per day per vehicle. Only two vehicles allowed per unit.  
\-Guests must be 25 years or older to book.  
\-No pets allowed.  
\-Coffee pods are not included.  
\-Pool and spa hours may vary depending on the season. Please reach out for front desk information to verify if they will be open during your stay.  
\-No mid-week housekeeping or linen services are provided unless requested at check-in. Additional fees will apply for these services and will be paid directly to the hotel.
